Scan of a broken remote control

3D Preciscan was commissioned to scan a broken CNC joystick and make a 3D reconstruction of it to serve as a model for 3D printing.

Our client's plastic printing supplier (Atelier 3D) needed an original 3D model to be able to rebuild the broken controller. Thanks to the reconstructed 3D scan of the controller that we made, Atelier 3D was able to print the plastic parts and deliver them to its customer.

Since the original controller came from a German supplier, we know that this process saved our customer a lot of time in terms of delivery times. By repairing his controller instead of buying a new one, our customer also saved a lot of money. So we can say "mission accomplished"!

L'Atelier 3D provides 3D printing services for plastic objects and parts of all kinds. It has access to different grades of plastics and colors. Its services are fast and very affordable.
