The service : From a scan, find out if your part complies by extracting the requested dimensions. Delivery of an inspection report per part in PDF format and signed by an engineer (required by the OIQ), who can judge the quality of the manufacturing in relation to the requirement (2D) of the part

General conditions : This service is possible for the industrial sector manufacturing plastic or foundry parts for BRP or others. The inspection is carried out on a computer with world-renowned specialized Quebec software, the PolyWorks Inspector.

The 3D inspection service requires time, precision and metrology expertise. It also requires extensive knowledge of geometric tolerancing (GD&T) and 2D reading.

Deadlines for carrying out the service : Deadlines may vary depending on the parts and our availability.
